The Amenity Barn at Cypress Mill Ridge may be added to your residential package and has fantastic indoor and outdoor spaces for your special private gathering. Featuring an interior 3,500 SF fully heated and air conditioned space with 4 sets of custom iron double French Doors to bring in the spectacular views, gorgeous chandeliers, wagon wheel ceiling fans beautiful wall sconces, polished stained concrete floor and wainscoting…this flexible space can be set up for meetings, dining, dancing or for more casual gatherings for up to 60 people. It also includes two large bunk rooms that sleep 8 in custom built XL Bunk beds, two full Baths with walk in showers, laundry room and extra large kitchen with commercial ice maker and warming oven designed to meet catering needs. . The Expansive front porch is great for gatherings and watching the sunset with undoubtedly one of the best views in the Hill Country.
The barn includes the use of (125) white, padded, resin folding chairs, (6) 60-inch round tables ,(3) 8-foot mahogany farm tables, additional 8-foot white farm table with (4) Antique white chairs, (8) 30-inch cocktail tables, Warming Oven, Commercial Ice Maker, two beautiful carved portable wooden bars, Outdoor patio furniture, 6 Wine Barrels, (2) Antique Arches, (2) Victorian couches, Large Wagon Wheel Buffet, Cowboy Tub, and many other specialty pieces including linens, decorations and serving pieces to make your gathering special.
The Amenity Barn is for use by our residential guests and has the perfect indoor/outdoor space for private retreats, reunions or special gatherings such as anniversaries, wedding parties, birthday celebrations and more.
